Hand-Painted Pink Rose Wooden Wine Bottle Box with Brass-Tone Hardware

Charming decorative wooden wine bottle box featuring hand-painted pink and burgundy roses with green leaves on a soft ivory/cream background. The tall arched box has a hinged lid, antique brass-tone carrying handle and decorative front latch.

The floral design continues around the box, with individual rosebuds and stems painted across the front and sides. The softly brushed finish and intentionally distressed edges give it a pretty cottage, shabby chic feel.

Originally designed to hold a wine bottle, but it would also be beautiful displayed on a shelf or counter, or used to store rolled linens, utensils, florals or other small treasures.

Condition: Good pre-owned condition with visible surface wear, small paint losses and distressed areas throughout. Some of the wear appears intentional as part of the finish. Please see photos for details. Measures 14 x 5 x 4 1/2"
