Set of 2 Vintage Chrisman Dairy Staunton Virginia One-Pint Glass Milk Bottle

A wonderful piece of Virginia dairy history, this set of 2 vintage one-pint glass milk bottles from Chrisman Dairy of Staunton, Virginia feature raised embossed lettering across the front, including “One Pint Liquid” and the Chrisman Dairy name.

One of the prettiest features of these old bottles is the glass itself. Rather than being perfectly clear, this bottle has a subtle warm amber-brown cast, particularly noticeable in the heavy glass around the base. Small variations and imperfections in vintage glass add even more character.

A great addition to a collection of vintage dairy advertising, but just as lovely used decoratively. Fill it with a few flower stems, line several bottles along a windowsill, add one to an old wooden crate or tuck it into a farmhouse kitchen vignette.

These bottles came directly from the estate of the Virginia farm where they had been stored for many years and have been thoroughly cleaned. Expect normal signs of age and use associated with authentic vintage dairy bottles. Please review photos for condition.
