Vintage Japan Blue & White Miniature Pitcher & Wash Basin Set

Charming vintage blue and white miniature pitcher and wash basin set, made in Japan. Both pieces feature a detailed cobalt blue transferware-style scene depicting a stately castle surrounded by trees and countryside, accented with delicate floral borders.

The petite pitcher has a beautifully scalloped rim, curved handle and pedestal base, while the matching basin features the same scenic and floral design. A wonderful little display piece for a bathroom vanity, guest room, dresser, shelf or blue-and-white collection.

The original JAPAN label remains on the bottom of the pitcher.

Vintage condition with light age-related wear and crazing consistent with age. Please review photos for condition.
