Vintage Wm Rogers Windsor Silverplate Water Pitcher #3717

A beautiful vintage silverplate water pitcher by Wm Rogers in the Windsor pattern, model #3717. This classic pitcher has a graceful flared rim, substantial pedestal base and striking angular handle that give it an elegant traditional silhouette.

The aged silverplate finish shows natural tarnish, patina and surface wear consistent with vintage use, giving the piece wonderful character. Leave it beautifully aged for a collected look or polish it for a brighter silver finish.

While originally designed as a water pitcher, this is an especially versatile decorating piece. Fill it with fresh or faux florals, greenery or seasonal stems, or display it empty as part of a collected silver grouping on a mantel, sideboard or tabletop.
